Fortunately, I was only in L&D for an hour and a half, but the experience has me terrified to return to SMH. I am hoping to be blessed with a Harmony birth this time, but insurance may not allow it. It is definitely nice to hear that there are some supportive nurses at the hospital.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7685435659965210499.post-89066332562401161102011-11-15T10:52:26.229-05:002011-11-15T10:52:26.229-05:00I will be doing this with my next birth...but how ...I will be doing this with my next birth...but how do you apply for a birth certificate(report birth essentially) on your own? Reading the first two paragraphs of this most beautiful experience so sweetly and swiftly took me right back to the birth of our 5 daughters. I am sooo grateful for the midwives in our community who love us and care for us. I'm grateful for women like you who know their own strength and search out the amazing options that we have in childbirth and for the graciousness in which you share this most intimate and wonderful of experiences.
